Preferred Community Management and the Associations are not responsible for defects in the plans, specifications, or improvements you submit. The association's committee's review of the plans is limited solely to appearance and does not include your compliance with applicable building codes, permits required (if any), surveys, and boundaries as may be required by your city or county governments.
